Introduction

UV-328 is a benzotriazole type UV absorber. Characterized by its high solubility and superior properties makes UV-328 particularly suitable for light stabilizing in coatings, propylene, polyurethane and polyvinyl chloride.

UV-328 is also effective to the light stabilization of unsaturated polyester, polyacrylate and polycarbonate.

Applications

• Coatings: 1.0-3.0wt% based on solids.

• Polyvinyl chloride: 0.2-0.5wt% for rigid PVC based on solids.

• Polyurethane: 0.3-1.0wt% for PS based on solids.

• Polyacrylate: 0.15-0.3wt% for PS based on solids.

• Polycarbonate: 0.15-0.3wt% for PS based on solids.

• Unsturated Polyester: 0.2-0.4wt% for PS based on solids.

Toxicity & Safety

UV-328 can be safely handled without irritation caused to the skin.

In 25 kg carton drum with inner plastic bag.

Storage

In a closed system and dry, dark place without any light exposure.
