Introduction

Sunvin 23 is a high molecular weight UV absorber of the hydroxypheny benzotriazole class, showing outstanding light stability to a variety of polymers during its use.

 

Sunvin 23 features low volatility, exceptional light absorbing characteristic and good compatibility in various substrates.

 

Sunvin 23 is suitable for high surface area products, like film etc.

Advantage

Applications

1.        Polyvinyl chloride: 0.2-0.5wt% for rigid PVC based on solids.

2.        Polyurethane:  0.3-1.0wt% for PU based on solids.

3.        Polyacrylate:   0.15-0.3wt% for PS based on solids.

4.        Polycarbonate: 0.15-0.3wt% for PP based on solids.

5.        Polyester: 0.2-0.4wt% for PET based on solids.

 

 

Toxicity & Safety

 

Sunvin 23 can be safely handled without irritation caused to the skin.

 

 

Package

 

In 25 kg paper drum with inner plastic bag.

 

 

Storage

 

In a closed system and dry, dark place without any light exposure.
